- Achieve Net Zero (Zero Energy and Zero Carbon) by 2026 or earlier
- Reduce Energy Use Intensity by 50%
- Centralize Building Management Systems for all 3 sites
- Integrate Building Performance Data Monitoring into the Building Recertification platform.
