Real-Time Alerts

A hybrid floor wetness sensor equipped with machine learning capability. UB900 can detect wetness on the floor using its thermal camera. It analyzes the floor surface to determine if it is wet, dry, cleaned, or if a person has fallen.

Once the state is detected, it will send the information using Sigfox/LoRaWAN or WiFi. It is easy to deploy, and its accuracy can be improved by training it in the environment where it will be deployed.

Wireless Transmission

  • Protocol: Sigfox, LoRaWAN & WiFi
  • Frequency: Sigfox RCZ4, LoRaWAN AS923-1&2&3&4, WiFi 2.4 GHz
  • TX Power: Sigfox: 22dBm, LoRaWAN: 22 dBm
  • Sensitivity: -137dBm
  • LoRaWAN Mode: OTAA/ABP Class C

How does it work?

Water is transparent and difficult to detect, especially on large floor areas, causing manual monitoring to be impossible. By leveraging thermal sensor technology, UB900 can monitor and detect temperature changes on floors 24×7. The sensor identifies four critical events and prompts appropriate responses from cleaning & maintenance service providers:

Floor is Dry

No action required

Floor is Wet

Send cleaning crew now

Someone Fell Down

Inform facility manager

Floor is Cleaned

No further response required
