Information you provide through our corporate contact form : We collect personal identification information about you (mandatory information such as : business email, first name, last name, company name, website URL, job title, country, and non-mandatory : phone number) when completing the contact form for submission on requests and enquiries. It is up to you to decide to share non-mandatory information.
Information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter : We collect personal identification information about you when subscribing to our newsletter (mandatory information such as : business email, and non-mandatory information : full name).
Account and Profile Information through our third-party ticketing tool : We collect personal identification information about you when you create a support account (mandatory : company name, and non-mandatory : country, full name, email address) or log in to your support account (email address and password).
Information you provide when applying for a job posting : We collect personal identification information about you when applying for a job posting (mandatory information such as : business email, first name, last name, phone number, curriculum vitae and non-mandatory information : social media account, application letter).
Device and Connection Information: We collect information that is automatically recorded whenever you access or use our website, regardless of whether you are a registered user or logged in to your account, such as your IP address, the date and time you access or use our website, the hardware (computer, phone, tablet, or other devices ) and software (operating system, browser type) your are using, the URLs of referring/exit pages, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages and the amount of time spent on particular pages.
